Please join us on Monday, April 25th for DRIVIN’ 39, the 2nd Annual Design39Campus Charity Golf Tournament + Social + Kids Night Out. DRIVIN’ 39 is all about having a great time with new and old friends and helping to drive some critical fundraising for our school. All event profits go directly back into to Design39Campus to help ensure our children continue to receive a cutting-edge education.
Don’t play golf? Perfect! We have a trio of special treats in store for you: a hosted happy hour with Principal Joe Erpelding, a gorgeous cocktail reception on the Santaluz lawn to welcome back our tournament players, and a scrumptious and entertaining dinner party to end the day.
Too young to party with the grown-ups? Even better! We have a very special night planned for the junior crowd. Drop the kiddos off at the Santaluz Gymnasium for dinner and an amazing evening of fun games and activities with the Santaluz Camp Counselors. Ages four and up.
The beautiful Santaluz Golf Club, located at 8170 Caminito Santaluz E. in San Diego.
Tournament format is team best ball scramble.
10:00am – 12:00pm Registration
11:00am – 12:00pm Putting contest
12:00pm Shotgun start
Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams, longest drive hole and closest to the pin hole.
4:00pm – 5:30pm Hosted happy hour with Principal Joe Erpelding and our tournament sponsor. Parents – drop the kiddos off early and unwind with friends over a cocktail in a gorgeous, relaxed setting.
5:30pm – 6:30pm Cocktail Reception (cash bar w/ complimentary water and soda) with live music. Imported and domestic cheese display with crackers, crusty breads, dried fruit and nuts.
6:30pm – 8:30pm Dinner Party & Entertainment
Dinner will consist of:
- Strawberry Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese & Almonds
- Chili Relleno & Tamale Bar with Pork, Beef and Vegetarian Options
- Spanish Paella with Chicken & Shrimp
- Tostada Bar with Queso Fondido, Chicken, Picadilla, etc…
- Dessert Bar
Musical entertainment throughout the evening provided by the amazing Joshua Bonas.

Children will enjoy a hot, nutritious meal and an amazing evening of fun games and activities with their friends, under the guidance and supervision of the Santaluz Camp Counselors.
